1. Methods of payment
Several modes of payment are available on the website in order to place your order:

• Direct Bank Transfer: it is the main option within Indonesia
• Paypal
• Credit Card, Visa and Mastercard.

2. SSL and payment security
The website is encrypted by the SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) and provides secured payment and bank information for the user. It does not circulate freely on the Internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank information (card number, expiration date) is not communicated to Joakim Leroy.

3. EMS delivery and tracking number
After the order is placed, the artwork will be produced based on the User’s requirements and sent to your delivery address by EMS (Express Mail Service) the official Indonesian mailing provider. The EMS is an international express postal service offered by postal-administration members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). These administrators created the EMS Cooperative in 1998 within the framework of the UPU to promote the harmonization and development of postal services worldwide. A tracking number will be provided to the User’s registered email address with the approximation of the delivery time.

4. Shipping cost
The shipping cost is included in the final price to avoid any confusion. The EMS delivery depending on your location takes between approximately 5 to 14 days but with the Covid-19 pandemic situation the delivery time may take longer than expected with less cargo planes available. For express delivery such as FedEx, DHL or UPS, extra cost will be added to the final price.

5. Import fees
There aren’t any import fees within Indonesia as Joakim is currently based in Bali. All international shipments in mailing tubes will be declared as “document” or “stationary” and the print should not be taxed at the port of entry of your residential country. If any custom duties are required for clearance, the import tax is based on the HS code applied in your home country but it usually does not amount much, just a few % points only.
